Why we exist
This industry has trained property managers to expect very little, and then to be embarrassed when very little is what they get.
The pattern is familiar. A contract is signed, an officer appears, and then the service quietly degrades. Posts go uncovered. Reports stop arriving. Calls go to a dispatch number in another state. Nobody notices until something happens and there is nothing to show for the money.
Vantaris was built the other way around. We start from the record: what has to be provable, who has to be able to read it, and how fast you need it when someone asks. The officers, the post orders, and the supervision are all built to produce that.
We are not the cheapest option in the metro, and we are not trying to be. We are the option you can defend in a meeting.

An incident that is not written down did not happen, as far as an owner, a board, or an insurer is concerned. We write everything down.

- Yes. Vantaris Security is licensed, insured, and bonded in Minnesota under license PAC 2500, issued by the Minnesota Board of Private Detective and Protective Agent Services.
- Can I see what is happening on my property?
- Yes. Sightline by Vantaris is included with every contract. You open it yourself and see officer location, checkpoint scans with timestamps, and incident reports with photos.
- Do you provide armed and unarmed officers?
- Both, along with concierge officers for lobbies and staffing for events. The mix is set by the property and the post orders written for it.
- Where do you work?
- Throughout the state of Minnesota, with management based here rather than in another state.
- What happens when I call after hours?
- A local person answers, and they know your property. You are not routed to a national dispatch queue.
