If you know a property across the Saint Paul and Minneapolis metro that is not being looked after, introduce it to Vantaris. When it signs, you are paid a referral reward.
When you are paid
After the property you introduced signs a service agreement with Vantaris. The amount follows the size of the contract and is confirmed with you directly.
How it works
You make the introduction
Send the property, the city, and the person to speak to. A referral is an introduction, so the contact should know to expect the call.
Vantaris makes the approach
One conversation about what the property actually needs, starting with a walk of it. Handled directly and promptly, and never in a way that reflects badly on the person who made the introduction.
You are paid when it signs
Once the property signs a service agreement, you receive a referral reward. The amount is confirmed with you directly, because it follows the size of the contract.
Most properties that need better security already know it. What they usually lack is a reason to look and a name worth calling. An introduction from someone they already trust is worth more than anything Vantaris can say about itself.

What happens to this
