How it works
You make the introduction
Send the property, the city, and the person to speak to. A referral is an introduction, so the contact should know to expect the call.
Vantaris makes the approach
One conversation about what the property actually needs, starting with a walk of it. Handled directly and promptly, and never in a way that reflects badly on the person who made the introduction.
You are paid when it signs
Once the property signs a service agreement, you receive a referral reward. The amount is confirmed with you directly, because it follows the size of the contract.
Most properties that need better security already know it. What they usually lack is a reason to look and a name worth calling. An introduction from someone they already trust is worth more than anything Vantaris can say about itself.
Referral rewards are issued after the referred property signs a service agreement with Vantaris. Amounts depend on the contract and are confirmed in conversation. Vantaris may change or end the program.
