Service

Event Security

Corporate events, weddings, gatherings, and productions, staffed to a written plan and reported on afterwards.

The situation

An event has one night to go right, and the day after, somebody will ask what happened at the door. Most event staffing leaves nothing behind to answer with.

Vantaris staffs events from a written plan built before the day: entrances, guest flow, credential checks, alcohol and capacity considerations, back of house and load in, and a clear escalation path with names and numbers.

Officers are briefed on the tone of the event as well as the risk. A wedding and a product launch are not policed the same way, and a corporate gathering should feel hosted, not patrolled.

Afterwards you get a written account of the event: post coverage, anything that happened, and how it was resolved. Useful for the venue, the client, and the next one.

How the post runs

A plan written before the day

Post positions, timings, guest flow, and escalation contacts, agreed in advance rather than sorted out on arrival.

Staffing matched to the event

Suited or uniformed, unarmed or armed, sized to capacity and venue rather than to a default number.

Doors, credentials, and capacity

Entry handled calmly and consistently, so guests are managed without becoming the story of the night.

A written account afterwards

Coverage and incidents documented and delivered, so the client and the venue both know what actually happened.

Where it fits

Weddings and private gatherings

Find out what you are not being told about your property

A security assessment is a walk of your property and a plain reading of where coverage, reporting, and accountability are thin. No obligation, no salesman, and a local company that answers the phone.
