Daylight and shadow falling across the columns of a building frontage

Service

Unarmed Security

Presence, deterrence, and documentation. The post most buildings actually need, run so that you can see it was run.

The situation

Unarmed coverage is the easiest service in this industry to fake. An officer sits, the hours are billed, and nothing on paper says whether the building was ever walked.

Vantaris runs unarmed posts as working posts. Lobby and access control, tenant and visitor interaction, opening and closing procedure, and a guard tour on a set pattern through the floors, stairwells, garage, and perimeter.

The difference shows up the morning after something happens. You open your dashboard, you read the report, and you know what the officer saw and what was done. That is the report your last company never sent.

Unarmed officers also carry the day to day weight of a building: the tenant who cannot get in, the contractor with no work order, the door propped open on level two. Small things, logged, so patterns are visible before they become a complaint.

How the post runs

Standing post coverage

Lobby, dock, or entry coverage on a schedule, with relief planned rather than improvised.

Guard tours through the whole property

Floors, stairwells, garage levels, and perimeter, on a pattern that varies enough to be worth walking.

Access and visitor handling

Written procedure for tenants, contractors, and after hours access, so the officer is not deciding on instinct.

A record you can hand upward

Shift records, checkpoint scans, and incident reports in Sightline, in language an owner can read without translation.

Where it fits

Find out what you are not being told about your property

A security assessment is a walk of your property and a plain reading of where coverage, reporting, and accountability are thin. No obligation, no salesman, and a local company that answers the phone.
