Sightline by Vantaris is our proprietary client dashboard, included with every Vantaris contract. It is how you know your property was covered, and how you prove it to the people who ask.
Why it exists
The worst moment in property management is being asked what happened and having nothing to say.
Most security companies sell hours. What you actually need is evidence that the hours were worked and a record of what happened during them.
Sightline is built around that gap. Guards scan checkpoints as they move through the property, incidents are written up on shift, and everything lands in one place you can open from your phone at seven in the morning.
It is not an upsell and it is not a premium tier. It comes with every contract, because a service you cannot verify is not a service.
What is inside
Live property map
See where your guards have been on the property, and when, not a claim about where they were supposed to be.
Timestamped checkpoint scans
Every checkpoint scan is recorded with a time, so a completed tour is a fact rather than a signature at the end of a shift.
Incident reports with photos
Written the same shift, with photos and a resolution status, in language you can forward to an owner without rewriting it.
Shift records
Who was posted, when they arrived, when they left, and what the shift covered.
Post orders on the record
Change an instruction and it reaches the guard before their next tour, acknowledged and timestamped. Every version is digitally archived, so what your guard was told is never a matter of memory.
Monthly reporting
A per property summary of coverage, incidents, and patterns worth acting on before they become complaints.
Vantaris IQ
A report cannot be submitted until it is complete. Vantaris IQ holds an incident write up back until the required detail is there, so what reaches your dashboard is a finished record rather than a draft someone meant to return to.
The morning after
A tenant emails about the garage at 7am. You open Sightline, read the overnight tour and the incident report, and reply with facts before the owner is copied.
That is the entire product. Everything else is detail.
What Sightline does not do
Guard position is captured at clock in and at each checkpoint scan. Those are verified points in time, not a live feed of a person moving across your property.
Sightline does not do live tracking and does not follow a guard by GPS between scans. No location is collected when a guard is off shift. The dashboard is live because it updates as the shift produces records and you can open it any time, which is a different thing from watching someone walk.
There is no hardware for you to buy, install, or maintain, and no separate subscription. Sightline is included with every contract and is not sold on its own.
